Purchase of own shares
SThree plc announces that on 15 October 2008, it purchased for cancellation, 116,000 ordinary shares of 1p each at an average price of 168.5517 pence per share.
The highest price paid was 169 pence per share and the lowest price paid was 165.75 pence per share.
For confirmation the Company's issued capital is now 123,483,476 ordinary shares of 1p each.
