Cardiff Property PLC04 August 2006 THE CARDIFF PROPRTY PLC ("the Company") 4 August 2006 On 3 August 2006, the Company purchased 20,000 of its own ordinary shares of 20pence each ("Shares") at a price of £9.80 per share. The shares acquired are tobe cancelled. Following this transaction, the unchanged holding of the Concert Party(comprising Mr J R Wollenberg and members of his family) of 531,298 Shares nowrepresents 30.52% of the Company's issued Shares.
