PURCHASE OF OWN SHARES

GPG announces that on 26 November 2012 it purchased for cancellation 2,355,526 of its ordinary shares of 5 pence each from Macquarie Capital (Europe) Limited. 

The highest price paid was 30.08 pence per ordinary share and the lowest price paid was 30.03 pence per ordinary share.
