PURCHASE OF OWN SHARES

GPG announces that on 6 November 2012 it purchased for cancellation 1,800,000 of its ordinary shares of 5 pence each from Macquarie Capital (Europe) Limited. 

The highest price paid was 29.92 pence per ordinary share and the lowest price paid was 29.85 pence per ordinary share.
