PURCHASE OF OWN SHARES

GPG announces that on 1 November 2012 it purchased for cancellation 521,511 of its ordinary shares of 5 pence each from Macquarie Capital (Europe) Limited.

The highest price paid was 29.06 pence per ordinary share and the lowest price paid was 28.93 pence per ordinary share.
