Cardiff Property PLC08 March 2006 CARDIFF PROPERTY PLC ("the Company") 8 March 2006 On 7 March 2006 The Cardiff Property plc purchased 14,000 of its own ordinaryshares of 20 pence each ("Shares") at a price of £9.85 per share. The sharesacquired are to be cancelled. Following this transaction, the unchanged holding of the Concert Party(comprising Mr J R Wollenberg and members of his family) of 531,298 Shares nowrepresents 30.17% of the Company's issued ordinary shares.
