Purchase of Own Shares

In accordance with Listing Rule 12.4.6R, the Company announces that, in connection with the Tender Offer (the results of which were announced on 21 March 2017), on 21 March 2017 the Company purchased 20,623,804 Ordinary Shares at a Tender Price of £1.015 per Ordinary Share. These 20,623,804 Ordinary Shares have been purchased for cancellation. In accordance with DTR 5.6, this resulted in a decrease of the total number of Ordinary Shares in issue with voting rights in Sportech to 185,614,244.

Capitalised terms used in this announcement have the same meaning as ascribed to them in the shareholder Circular published by the Company on 10 March 2017 in connection with the Tender Offer.
