Purchase of own shares

SThree plc announces that on 14 November 2008, it purchased for cancellation, 30,000 ordinary shares of 1p each at an average price of 151.7692 pence per share.

The highest price paid was 154 pence per share and the lowest price paid was 150.50 pence per share.

For confirmation the Company's issued capital is now 122,141,818 ordinary shares of 1p each.
