SThree plc announces that on 13 October 2008, it purchased for cancellation, 24,000 ordinary shares of 1p each at an average price of 165.3492 pence per share.
The highest price paid was 166.75 pence per share and the lowest price paid was 163 pence per share.
For confirmation the Company's issued capital is now 123,599,476 ordinary shares of 1p each.
