Starvest PLC14 August 2007 14 August 2007 Purchase of own shares Starvest plc (the "Company") announces that on 13 August 2007, the Companypurchased through its broker, Simple Investments, 50,000 Ordinary shares of 1peach in the issued share capital of the Company at a price of 32 pence perOrdinary share. These Ordinary shares are to be held as treasury stock. Following the above purchase, the Company holds 1,350,000 Ordinary shares intreasury and the total issued share capital of the Company less treasury sharesis 35,867,259 Ordinary shares.
