SThree plc announces that on 21 October 2008, it purchased for cancellation, 29,744 ordinary shares of 1p each at an average price of 157.8596 pence per share.
The highest price paid was 159.25 pence per share and the lowest price paid was 156.25 pence per share.
For confirmation the Company's issued capital is now 123,329,395 ordinary shares of 1p each.
