SThree plc announces that on 30 September 2008, it purchased for cancellation, 50,000 ordinary shares of 1p each at an average price of 183.7391 pence per share.
The highest price paid was 189.625 pence per share and the lowest price paid was 179.625 pence per share.
For confirmation the Company's issued capital is now 123,997,347 ordinary shares of 1p each.
