PURCHASE OF OWN SHARES

GPG announces that on 3 December 2012 it purchased for cancellation 3,404,805 of its ordinary shares of 5 pence each from Macquarie Capital (Europe) Limited. 

The highest price paid was 30.69 pence per ordinary share and the lowest price paid was 30.51 pence per ordinary share.
