SThree plc announces that on 12 November 2008, it purchased for cancellation, 53,474 ordinary shares of 1p each at an average price of 151.3772 pence per share.
The highest price paid was 157.75 pence per share and the lowest price paid was 140 pence per share.
For confirmation the Company's issued capital is now 122,171,818 ordinary shares of 1p each.
