Purchase of own securities
Avarae announces that it made market purchases of 7,000,000 ordinary shares of 1 pence each for cancellation representing 6.36% of the issued share capital of the Company on 20 August 2008. The shares were purchased at a price of 7 pence each.
Following the purchase, the Company's issued share capital consists of 103,133,334 Ordinary Shares, with one voting right per share.
The total number of voting rights in the Company is therefore 103,133,334.
