McInerney Holdings PLC30 November 2007 30 November 2007 MCINERNEY HOLDINGS PLC PURCHASE OF OWN SECURITIES McInerney Holdings plc advises that on 30 November 2007 it repurchased a totalof 600,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of €1.20. All of these Ordinary Sharesrepurchased will be cancelled. The Board has decided to implement a limited share buy back programme. The Boardintends to continue to make further purchases as appropriate on an opportunisticbasis. Commenting Managing Director Barry O'Connor stated that the current pricing ofhousebuilding stock in the UK and Ireland does not reflect the underlying valueof the sector. The share buy back is within the authority granted to the Board by shareholdersat the Annual General Meeting in May 2007.
