Purchase of Own Securities

On 27 July 2016 Colefax Group Plc bought for cancellation a total of 23,000 ordinary shares of 10 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") representing approximately 0.2 per cent. of the voting rights in, and the issued ordinary share capital of, the Company at a price of 460 pence per Ordinary Share.

Following the cancellation of these shares there will be 10,220,000 Ordinary Shares in issue with each Ordinary Share carrying the right to one vote.
