Report 86/2008: Purchase of A51 Series Bonds by Bank
Management Bard of Bank Polska Kasa Opieki S.A. ("Bank") informs, that on 15th of October, 2008 purchased 26 476 (twenty six thousand four hundred seventy six) A51 Series Bonds issued by Bank BPH S.A. according to the article No. 12.1 of Issue Prospectus concerning 5 years A51 Series Bearer Bonds of Bank BPH S.A. and according to the Bank BPH S.A. Management Board Resolution No. 245/2003 dated on 2nd of December 2003, concerning purchase of A11 Series Bonds, B11 Series Bonds, A12 Series Bonds, A13 Series Bonds, A14 Series Bonds, A15 Series Bonds and A51 Series Bonds, before expiration date in order to redeem.
Purchase price (with accrued interest) amounted to 104,95 PLN for each Bond, and total value of transaction amounted to 2,778,656.20 PLN (two million seven hundred seventy eight thousand six hundred fifty six 20/100 PLN).
Bank informs, that it has entered into a rights and duties from the mentioned above debt securities issued by Bank BPH S.A. as a results of Bank BPH S.A. Spin-off dated on 29th of November, 2007.
