Purchase of 100,000 shares by director
Richland Resources Ltd, the gemstone producer and developer, has been notified on 1st January 2016 that, Stockland Group Limited a company in which the family of Nicholas Sibley, a non-executive Director, has an interest purchased 100,000 common shares in the Company at 3 pence per share on 29th December 2015. Prior to these purchases Mr. Sibley was interested in 14,201,788 common shares and he is now interested in 14,301,788 common shares, representing 6.6% of the Company's issued share capital.
