SKY ANNOUNCES PUBLICATION OF UPDATED BASE PROSPECTUS
British Sky Broadcasting Group plc ("BSkyB") announced today that an updated base prospectus relating to its £1,000,000,000 Euro Medium Term Note Programme (the "Programme") has been approved by the UK Listing Authority and will shortly be available for viewing on the website of the National Storage Mechanism operated by the UKLA.
The Programme provides BSkyB with a standardised documentation platform to allow for any future senior debt issuance in the Eurobond markets. There are no immediate plans for issuance under the programme.
The Programme includes Barclays Capital acting as Arranger, and each of Bank of China Limited, Barclays Capital, BNP Paribas, BofA Merrill Lynch, Credit Suisse, Deutsche Bank, J.P. Morgan Cazenove, Morgan Stanley, Santander Global Banking and Markets, Société Générale Corporate and Investment Banking and The Royal Bank of Scotland as Dealers.
