Publication of the tender offer documentation in relation to the acceleration of the buy-back programme

Franklin Templeton Investment Management Ltd. United Kingdom Bucharest Branch, in its capacity as Investment Manager (the "Investment Manager") of Fondul Proprietatea SA (the "Fund"), would like to inform shareholders that following the publication, on 29 July 2020, of the current report announcing the approval by the Financial Supervisory Authority of the tender offer in relation to the ongoing buy-back programme (the "Offer"), the Offer documentation is now available free of charge to the public:

a) in electronic format, on the websites of the Bucharest Stock Exchange (www.bvb.ro), London Stock Exchange (www.londonstockexchange.com), Swiss Capital S.A. (www.swisscapital.ro), as well as on the Fund's website (www.fondulproprietatea.ro), and

b) in hard copy, upon request addressed to the Bidder or Swiss Capital, starting with the date of publication of the Tender Offer announcement. We would want to remind that the Investment Manager has decided that it is safer to restrict the access of any visitors to the Fund headquarters during pandemic period (at least when a state of emergency or a state of alert is in place), with the possibility of extending these measures even after it, according to of the evolution of events regarding COVID-19 in Romania.
