Publication of Sustainability Report

Pantheon Infrastructure PLC ("PINT" or "the Company"), the listed global infrastructure fund, has published its Sustainability Report for 2024 (the "Report").

The Report is available to read and download from the Sustainability page on the Company's website: Sustainability - PINT (pantheoninfrastructure.com).

As an Article 8 fund, PINT believes that sound sustainability practices are key to building resilient infrastructure assets and creating long-term value for PINT's shareholders and other stakeholders. This is particularly important in the current macroeconomic and geopolitical environment, where a robust governance framework is critical for maintaining stakeholder confidence. An updated SFDR Periodic Report is also available on the Company's website.

The Report contains the Company's product-level disclosures aligned to the recommendations of the Task Force on Climate-related Financial Disclosures ("TCFD") and the Financial Conduct Authority ("FCA") ESG Sourcebook, including portfolio-level Scope 1, 2 and 3 greenhouse gas ("GHG") emissions.

The Report also captures the progress of PINT and its investment manager, Pantheon, during 2024. For the first time this year, the Company is reporting against a new framework, Private Markets Decarbonisation Roadmap ("PMDR"), which is designed to improve the disclosure of decarbonisation progress across the Company's portfolio. In addition, Pantheon's sustainability scorecards have been enhanced to incorporate a new GHG data reporting scorecard to support better engagement with PINT's sponsors on reporting and transparency.
