Correction to Supplement dated 12 April 2018 to the Prospectus dated 5 December 2017

On 12 April 2018, a supplement was published (the "Supplement") in relation to the Prospectus dated 5 December 2017 (the "Prospectus").

The Supplement contained a manifest error and, as such, it has been agreed that the sub-paragraph entitled "Capital Ratios" contained within the paragraph entitled "Other Financial Information" of the Supplement shall be deemed to be amended such that the final sentence of that paragraph is deleted and replaced with the following:

"The Issuer's risk weighted assets for the financial year ended 31 December 2017 are £6,577,000,000 (2016: £5,731,000,000)."
