Publication of Supplement updating Euro Medium Term Note Programme

The following Supplement has been approved by the Financial Conduct Authority and is available for viewing:

Supplement dated 3 September 2019 (the "Supplement") supplementing the Prospectus dated 16 July 2019 relating to the €20,000,000,000 Euro Medium Term Note Programme of British Telecommunications public limited company.

The Supplement incorporates by reference BT Group plc's Trading Update for First Quarter to 30 June 2019 and references certain recent developments.
