Publication of Supplement updating Existing Euro Medium Term Note Programme

The following Supplement has been approved by the UK Listing Authority and is available for viewing:

Supplement dated 13 November 2017 (the "Supplement") supplementing the Prospectus dated 16 June 2017 relating to the U.S.$15,000,000,000 Euro Medium Term Note Programme of British Telecommunications public limited company ("BT").

The Supplement incorporates by reference BT's results for the half year to 30 September 2017.
