The following Prospectus has been approved by the UK Listing Authority and is available for viewing:

Prospectus Supplement dated 6 March 2019 (the Prospectus Supplement) relating to the Leeds Building Society's €7 billion Global Covered Bond Programme, unconditionally and irrevocably guaranteed as to payments of interest and principal by Leeds Building Society Covered Bonds LLP.

The Prospectus Supplement should be read and construed in conjunction with the prospectus dated 6 December 2018 (the Prospectus).
