Publication of Supplementary Prospectus

On 7 July 2015 the Company published a supplementary prospectus approved by the UKLA (the "Supplementary Prospectus") in connection with the proposed Capital Restructuring. The Supplementary Prospectus should be read and construed in conjunction with the prospectus published by the Company on 19 June 2015.

A copy of the Supplementary Prospectus has been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will be available for inspection at www.morningstar.co.uk/uk/NSM and at the website of the Company at www.afren.com.
