Supplementary offering circular dated 5 August 2013 (the "Supplement") to the offering circular dated 19 November 2012 (the "Offering Circular"), relating to United Utilities PLC and United Utilities Water PLC's multi-issuer EUR 7,000,000,000 Euro Medium Term Note Programme (the "Programme"). Each of United Utilities PLC and United Utilities Water PLC is an issuer under the Programme.
