Publication of revised Corporate Governance Code

ANNOUNCEMENT

Electrica informs the shareholders and investors about the publication of the Corporate Governance Code revised with regard to Chapter 6 on the risk management system. The Risk Management Policy referred to in the Corporate Governance Code, which defines a general unitary framework at the level of Electrica Group for establishing the context, identification, analysis, evaluation, management, control and reporting of the risks arising in carrying out all its activities, has also been revised.

Also, Electrica's Board of Directors approved the updated Policy on Transactions with Related Parties. Thereby Electrica continues to be compliant with the provision mentioned in section B - Risk management and internal control system, point B10 of the Corporate Governance Code of BSE.

The revised Corporate Governance Code and the corporate policies and documents are available on the Electrica website under the Corporate Governance section (https://www.electrica.ro/en/investors/corporate-governance/).
