Pursuant to Listing Rule 9.6.2 Associated British Foods plc has today submitted, to the Financial Services Authority, printed copies of the following, being resolutions (other than resolutions concerning ordinary business) passed by the Company at its Annual General Meeting held on 5 December 2008:
Resolution 10 - Authority to allot shares under Section 80 of the Companies Act 1985 (ordinary resolution)
Resolution 11 - Authority to allot shares under Section 95 of the Companies Act 1985 (special resolution)
Resolution 12 - Amendments to Articles of Association (special resolution)
