The Report and Financial Statements was posted to shareholders on 27 March 2012 and contains the notice for the Company's Annual General Meeting, due to be held at 11.00 a.m. on 19 April 2012 at Ashurst LLP, Broadwalk House, 5 Appold Street, London, EC2A 2HA.
