Publication of Prospectus
A copy of the prospectus (the 'Prospectus') relating to the proposed acquisition of Borland Software Corporation has been submitted to the UK Listing Authority and will be available for inspection at the UK Listing Authority's Document Viewing Facility. The Prospectus also contains details of the Readmission of the existing Micro Focus International plc Ordinary Shares to the Official List of UK Listing Authority and to trading on the London Stock Exchange.
