("Wichford" or the "Company") Publication of Prospectus Move to the Official List 20 December 2007 Wichford P.L.C., the property investment company, is pleased to announce that ithas today published its prospectus (comprising a Registration Document,Securities Note and Summary) in connection with the proposed listing of itsentire issued ordinary share capital on the Official List of the UK ListingAuthority and admission to trading on London Stock Exchange plc's main marketfor listed securities ("Admission").
