('IRF' or the 'Company')
Proposed move to the Specialist Fund Market of the London Stock Exchange plc
Further to its announcement of 17 December 2008, the Company has today published its prospectus in connection with the proposed admission of its entire issued common shares and all issued warrants to trading on the Specialist Fund Market of the London Stock Exchange plc ('SFM' and 'Admission').
It is expected that Admission will become effective and that dealings in IRF's shares and warrants on the SFM will commence at 8.00 am on 19 January 2009. Trading in the Company's shares and warrants on AIM will be cancelled simultaneously with Admission.
The prospectus will shortly be available on the Company's website www.irf-finance.com.
