Publication of Prospectus & Confirmation of Ex-Entitlement Date

The prospectus of the Company dated 29 January 2014 (the "Prospectus") relating to the proposed Firm Placing and Placing and Open Offer announced earlier today has been approved by the FCA and has been published. The Prospectus has been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at http://www.rns-pdf.londonstockexchange.com/rns/8191Y_-2014-1-29.pdf

In addition, the Prospectus will shortly be available to view on the website of the Company, www.mckaysecurities.plc.uk and copies of the Prospectus will be made available at the Company's registered office at 20 Greyfriars Road, Reading, Berkshire, RG1 1NL.

The following amendment has been made to the Capital Raising announcement released on 29 January 2014 at 10.54 am under RNS No. 7809Y. The ex-entitlement date for the Open Offer is now 30 January 2014 as stated in the Prospectus. All other details remain unchanged.
