PUBLICATION OF PROSPECTUS

Two copies of the prospectus (the "Prospectus") dated today relating to the Rights Issue have been submitted to the UK Listing Authority and will be available for inspection at the UK Listing Authority's Document Viewing Facility, which is situated at 25 The North Colonnade, Canary Wharf, London E14 5HS. 

Copies of the Prospectus will also be available on the Company's website (www.laird-plc.com) or can be inspected at its registered office: 100 Pall Mall, London SW1Y 5NQ and at Ashurst LLP, Broadwalk House, 5 Appold Street, London EC2A 2HA.
