Publication of Prospectus
The Company announces that a prospectus and circular, dated 20 August 2008, (the "Prospectus") relating to the placing and open offer proposals announced on 9 July 2008, has been approved by the UK Listing Authority ("UKLA") and is available to the public for inspection at the UKLA's Document Viewing Facility, 25 The North Colonnade, Canary Wharf, London E14 5HS.
The Prospectus and circular includes notice of a General Meeting of the Company to be held at 11.00 a.m. on 8 September 2008 at The Registry, Royal Mint Court, London EC3N 4QN.
