Publication of supplementary prospectus
Private & Commercial Finance Group plc ("PCFG" or the "Group") (AIM: PCF), the AIM quoted finance house, announces that it has today published a supplementary prospectus (the "Supplementary Prospectus") following the publication of the Group's financial statements for the year ended 31 March 2013. The Supplementary Prospectus is supplemental to, and should be read in conjunction with, the prospectus published by the Company dated 16 October 2012 (the "Prospectus") relating to the proposed issue of up to £10 million 6 per cent. convertible unsecured loan notes 2016 at 100p per £1.00 nominal.
A copy of the Supplementary Prospectus has been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at http://www.morningstar.co.uk/uk/NSM and from the Investors section of PCFG's website www.http://www.pcfg.co.uk/investors
