Kazakhmys announces that the prospectus relating to the Kazakhmys Shares to be offered by Eurasian Resources to the Relevant ENRC Shareholders as partial consideration in connection with the ENRC Takeover Offer (the "Prospectus") has today been approved by the FCA. Accordingly, the Prospectus is available at www.kazakhmys.com.

The Prospectus has been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at www.hemscott.com/nsm.do. The Prospectus is also available for inspection at the registered office of the Company, 6th Floor, Cardinal Place, 100 Victoria Street, London SW1E 5JL, United Kingdom.
