PUBLICATION OF PROSPECTUS

Further to the announcement made by the Company on 29 July 2013 in relation to the proposed intention to raise gross proceeds of up to approximately £250 million through a Firm Placing and Placing and Open Offer by the Better Capital 2012 Cell for investment in Fund II, the Company announces that a prospectus relating to the Firm Placing and Placing and Open Offer (the "Prospectus") has been approved by the UK Listing Authority (the "UKLA").

The Prospectus will be sent to Shareholders as soon as practical and copies of the Prospectus, which includes a notice convening an Extraordinary General Meetings of the Company to be held at 10.00 a.m. on 13 August 2013 of the 2013 Shareholders and 10.15 a.m. on 13 August 2013 for the 2013 of the Company,will shortly be available for inspection at the National Storage Mechanism at www.Hemscott.com/nsm.do.

In addition, the Prospectus will shortly be available to view on the Company's website (www.bettercapital.gg).
