Further to the Company's announcement dated 20 June 2019, regarding the placement of US$125 million 8.25% of Guaranteed Convertible Bonds due 2024 (the "Bonds"), a prospectus dated 26 September 2019 (the "Prospectus") relating to the Bonds, issued by Petropavlovsk 2010 Limited (the "Issuer"), and guaranteed by Petropavlovsk PLC has been approved by the UK Financial Conduct Authority.
