Publication of Prospectus

Further to the announcement made by the Company earlier today in relation to the proposed Firm Placing and Placing and Open Offer of 2012 Shares in Better Capital 2012 Cell and conversion to a protected cell company, the Company announces that a prospectus relating to the Firm Placing and Placing and Open Offer and Conversion (the "Prospectus") has been approved by the UK Listing Authority (the "UKLA").

The Prospectus is expected to be sent to Shareholders today and copies of the Prospectus, which includes a notice convening an Extraordinary General Meeting of the Company to be held at 10.00 a.m. on 11 January 2012 at the offices of Heritage International Fund Managers Limited, Heritage Hall, Le Marchant Street, St Peter Port, Guernsey GY1 4HY, will shortly be available for inspection at the National Storage Mechanism at www.Hemscott.com/nsm.do.

In addition, the Prospectus will shortly be available to view on the Company's website (www.bettercapital.gg) and will be available for inspection at the office of DLA Piper UK LLP, 3 Noble Street, London EC2V 7EE.

Defined terms used in this announcement shall (unless the context otherwise requires) have the same meanings set out in the Prospectus dated 19 December 2011.
