Notes due2016 (the "Fixed Rate Notes" and, together with the Floating Rate Notes, the "Notes") pursuant to its €15,000,000,000 Euro Medium Term Note Programme (the "Programme"). The following documents dated 12 June 2006 constitute the final terms of each ofthe Floating Rate Notes and the Fixed Rate Notes (together, the "Final Terms")for the purposes of Article 5.4 of Directive 2003/71/EC and must be read inconjunction with the Prospectus dated 19 July 2005 relating to the Programme, assupplemented by a Supplementary Prospectus dated 21 November 2005 and aSupplementary Prospectus dated 1 June 2006 (together, the "Prospectus").
