FIRST QUANTUM MINERALS ANNOUNCES PUBLICATION OF PROSPECTUS
First Quantum Minerals Ltd. ("First Quantum" or the "Company", TSX Symbol "FM", LSE Symbol "FQM") today announced that the following prospectus has been approved by the UK Listing Authority and is available for viewing:
Prospectus dated 29 July 2009 relating to the admission of 9,343,750 New Common Shares of First Quantum Minerals Ltd to listing on the Official List and to trading on the London Stock Exchange (the "Prospectus").
