88 Energy Limited (ASX: 88E; AIM: 88E) (“88 Energy” or “the Company”) would like to advise that pursuant to Rule 20 of the AIM Rules for Companies, it has lodged a Cleansing Prospectus in relation to an offer of up to 1,000 fully paid ordinary shares to raise up to A$10.00. The Cleansing Prospectus has been issued for the purpose of removing any trading restrictions on the sale of the Shares issued under Tranche 1 of the Placement announced 22 July 2015.
