Publication of Prospectus
Further to the announcement today regarding the fully underwritten Placing and 5 for 12 Rights Issue to raise proceeds of approximately GBP94.1 million, net of expenses, Development Securities announces that a prospectus relating to the Placing and Rights Issue (the "Prospectus") was approved by the UK Listing Authority earlier today.
A circular is expected to be posted to shareholders today. Copies of the Circular and Prospectus will shortly be available for inspection at the UK Listing Authority's Document Viewing Facility, which is situated at Financial Services Authority, 25 North Colonnade, Canary Wharf, London E14 5HS.
In addition, the Circular and Prospectus will shortly be available to view on the Company's website (www.developmentsecurities.com) and will also be available for inspection at the office of Linklaters LLP, One Silk Street, London, EC2Y 8HQ.
