Publication of Prospectus and expected Re-admission date
The Company announces that a prospectus (the "Prospectus") dated today has been approved by the Financial Conduct Authority in connection with the re-admission of the Company's ordinary shares to a Standard Listing on the Official List of the UK Listing Authority and to trading on the London Stock Exchange's main market for listed securities ("Re-admission").
The Prospectus has been published and will be available on the Company's website at www.oceanoutdoor.com. Copies of the Prospectus will also be available from the Company's registered office at Kingston Chambers, PO Box 173, Road Town, Tortola, British Virgin Islands, and the offices of the Company's lawyers, Greenberg Traurig, LLP, The Shard, Level 8, 32 London Bridge Street, London SE1 9SG during usual business hours on any day (except Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays).
A copy of the Prospectus has been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at www.morningstar.co.uk/uk/NSM.
It is expected that Re-admission will become effective at 8:00 a.m. GMT on 10 January 2019.
