Publication of Final Terms

The following Final Terms are available for viewing:

Final Terms for The Royal Bank of Scotland plc (the "Issuer") €1,000,000,000 5.50 per cent. Notes due 23 March 2020 (the "Notes") issued under the £90,000,000,000 Euro Medium-Term Note Programme of the Issuer and The Royal Bank of Scotland Group plc (the "Programme").

The Final Terms contain the final terms of the Notes and must be read in conjunction with the Prospectus dated 16 June 2009 as supplemented by the Supplementary Prospectus dated 10 March 2010 (together, the "Prospectus") relating to the Programme, which constitutes a base prospectus for the purposes of the Prospectus Directive (Directive 2003/71/EC).
