Following the announcement of 30 January 2009 detailing the terms of the proposed acquisition of New Star Asset Management Group PLC ("New Star"), Henderson Group plc ("Henderson Group") confirms that it has today filed a prospectus with the Financial Services Authority in accordance with the Prospectus Rules in connection with the proposed admission to listing of New Ordinary Shares on the FSA's Official List and to trading on the LSE's main market for listed securities.
Two copies of the Prospectus have been submitted to the Financial Services Authority and will be available for inspection at the Financial Services Authority's Document Viewing Facility which is situated at:
