Publication of Circular and Notice of General Meeting

Further to the announcement made on 15 December 2015 by UBM plc, a circular relating to the proposed sale of PR Newswire, return of capital and share consolidation (the "Circular"), has been approved by the UK Listing Authority and will today be posted to shareholders. The Circular contains a notice of general meeting of shareholders, to be convened at 12:30pm on 7 January 2016 at J.P. Morgan Cazenove, 60 Victoria Embankment, London EC4Y 0JP.

The Circular will shortly be available for inspection on the National Storage Mechanism at www.morningstar.co.uk/uk/NSM. The document is also available via the Company's website at http://investors.ubm.com/AGM and available for inspection during normal business hours at the Company’s registered office at 44 Esplanade, St. Helier, Jersey, JE4 9WG.
